Client Responsibilities and Agreement:

By proceeding, the client agrees to the following terms:

Job Acceptance:

Once a towing job is assigned to your location, you are required to accept and fulfill the assignment without refusal.

Cancellation Policy:

If you cancel a confirmed job after acknowledging your availability, you will be charged 20% of the price that you agreed to the customer.

Payment Confirmation:

The tower will receive the full payment from the customer and subsequently remit 20% of that amount to UnitedBooster.

No-Show Policy:

If you fail to arrive at the scheduled location on time, United Booster reserves the right to charge the full service fee regardless of your attendance.

Campaign Setup & Support:

Upon submission of this form, United Booster will initiate relevant marketing campaigns on your behalf. You agree to provide all necessary information and materials required to successfully create and manage your account or campaigns.

Marketing Control:

By agreeing to this onboarding process, you acknowledge that United Booster will retain exclusive administrative control over the marketing operations while you remain an active client. This is a non-exclusive agreement and does not imply any guarantee of business results, nor does it establish an employment relationship.

Call Monitoring & Quality Assurance:

To ensure the quality and effectiveness of marketing efforts, you consent to United Booster monitoring and recording calls. These recordings are used strictly for quality assurance purposes, including evaluating call volume, lead quality, and campaign performance.

Lead Assignment and Charges:

United Booster will provide qualified, warm customer leads for towing and roadside assistance jobs.
